Marc Ronet was born in 1937. He lives in the north of France, near Lille.

A student of Eugène Dodeigne at the Académie Saint-Luc in Tournai, he met Eugène Leroy in 1957. This marked the beginning of a strong relationship between the two painters. After studying at the Ecole des Arts Appliqués in Paris, he returned to the north of France.

Several galleries in Lille and Belgium have exhibited his work since 1964.

The MUba in Tourcoing, La Piscine in Roubaix and the Musée de l'Estampe in Gravelines regularly devote solo exhibitions to him, and his work is included in their collections.

Galerie Univer exhibited his work in 2010, 2012, 2014 and 2015. His paintings, drawings and prints are on permanent display.
