The exhibition

Invited to work at Fontevraud Abbey and MAM (the adjoining museum of modern art, due to open in 2021), Romain Bernini has taken full advantage of the space. Fontevraud is as impressive for its architecture as it is for its history. As for the MAM, it houses the treasures of the Cligman collection, paintings, drawings and sculptures from the 19th and 20th centuries, as well as antiques and non-European objects from Africa, Oceania, Asia and America.
