The exhibition

The first retrospective of a woman artist of the 20th century at the Cantini Museum, the exhibition illustrates the importance of Maria Helena Vieira da Silva in the vivification of modern art and the density of the concepts she raises, particularly in the prodigious dissemination of signs that she establishes. The Musée des Beaux-Arts de Dijon is closely associated with this update on the occasion of the thirtieth anniversary of the death of this immense artist, in partnership with the Jeanne Bucher Jaeger Gallery and the Arpad Szenes - Vieira da Silva Foundation, one of the most beautiful couples in the history of art.
