Pauline Lisowski

Pauline Lisowski is a garden artist, art critic and independent curator.
a member of AICA and C-E-A.

She graduated from the Nancy School of Art (DNAP in 2009),
studied for two years at the Ecole du Paysage in Blois, and holds a MASTER
1 in aesthetics and a MASTER 2 in cultural projects in the public space.

Her work as an art critic and her curatorial projects
deal with the relationship that artists have with the exhibition space
and the landscape, whether urban or natural. The relationship between art and
care, between art and plants, and the practices of artist-gardeners
also inform her research. She stages both solo and group exhibitions
in places steeped in history or in galleries, and accompanies artists during their creative residencies and accompanies artists during their creative residencies. Curating
for her, curating an exhibition is an opportunity to create a time for exchange between
disciplines around the creative process.
