"Moving from Fluxus to the global culture of flows, Pascal Dombis makes us see the distance between the point of departure and the point of arrival reinvented, in this cartography on the ground, between image and text, micrology of detail and vision from above. For this vision of the "cartographic eye" that I had called icarian, suggests real and fictitious links between the body and the visual, the detail always changing and multiplying infinitely in a wandering space where the aesthetics of point of view dominates that of fixity."
